I am amazed at the results in endurance I see after having followed Axinja’s SOMA Breath courses online regularly for a short time. I was recently able to walk up a steep hill without stopping several times and without breathing heavily like a thirsty dog once I came up to the top of the hill. I was really surprised and enchanted at the ease of which I climbed that hill. Apart from that SOMA Breath is very relaxing and I feel more focused for a long time after the session.
