A: No.  First class will be taught with the new student in mind and appropriate modifications are always provided.

A room with open space.  I have a limited number of mats for a rental of 1€ per mat or employees can bring their own.

Q. What kind of clothing should participants wear?

Wear loose, comfortable clothing you can stretch in (no skirts).
